That shot that looks like a ball of fire explosion is not bad. It was a tough year. That's why I never heard of it before, because it didn't win an Oscar. I only like to hear about Oscar-winning movies.
I had the comic that was made of 'The Black Hole'-movie back when I was 11 or 12... didn't get to watch the movie until a few years ago though, but it was very popular back when it came out.

I tried finding some clue in the signpost and while looking at it closely realizing that googling them won't get me far, I recognized Jack Lemmon. Well, to be fair, I recognized "The Dude from JFK and Glengarry Glen Ross" (which if you haven't seen Glengarry Glen Ross I pity you and your sad life). Then I judged his age and looked through movies he was in during that time.
