wtf i've tried imgur and tiny pic and tried 3 different images and they won't post.

You are using the wrong url. You used the one for the whole imgur experience but you want the one that's just for the picture. After uploading you should be able to hover over the picture, get a little arrow on the top right that lets you get the share link and you can just copy the BBCode one. Alternatively right click the picture, select to copy the picture address and wrap the img tags around it.
Hopefully that helps you, not sure I can explain it well. Here's the picture you posted above

I can literally describe the 1st 4 films scene by scene from start to finish by memory.

I'm almost embarrassed at how many times I've seen them.
I could 100% identify any screenshot you post from any of the 1st 4 films.

the most recent bourne film however was a ****ing abomination.
I really hope they bring back aaron cross and tony gilroy to continue the franchise.

having anyone other than gilroy write it is a bad idea.
