I had a lot of problems with that movie when it came out...but now they seem nitty, and it plays well...I especially love the overhead shot with "Mona Lisas and Mad Hatters" playing...easily as good as the "look at me" scene with "Tiny Dancer" on the bus (which I still love also)

I still have a lot of problems with it. I find a lot of it cloying. I don't like Kate Hudson. Too much Mom. But i like the spirit; it reminds me of when I was young, being naive and traveling around the country with older people. The joy of youthful discovery.

We're getting lounge-y here but **** it. I felt like Crowe underwrote his own part. Have you ever seen a picrture of a young Cameron Crowe? He was geeky, but he was at least a cool geek. I know that's the way Crowe tried to portray himself, but the way Fugit acted all innocent...those guys would have just dosed his beer and left him passed out.
No, this is a tough one. I like the idea of never giving one away (a la diebitter)....so let's see if we can get this one at least through research....
