They have to be from one of the locations that make up the teams.

For my pick I'll go with Frances Marion

While we're waiting for xander, I decided to code the program that will calculate the scores.
I loaded the Chicago Cubs and the Green Bay Packers.
I calculated by hand the 21 year old game. Green Bay should win 8-3.
I coded and tested until I got that 8-3 result.
The rest of the results show Green Bay winning 31 games, Chicago 19.

Much more testing to do but to be fair I figured I should show these preliminary results.
