I just want to say thanks to everyone who voted Emma. I worked very hard getting the votes that were needed and I appreciate each and every single one of you. This was a lot of fun but also hard work and I'm definitely not sure how much energy I'll have for any tough fights in upcoming rounds.

I also want to thank Timelady very very much for the work she did this morning with pictures, which were awesome.

Deriwpok, I think you ran a good campaign and I'm sorry that you had to lose.

Well the #16 seed just toppled the #1, could be a weird tourney.

Tough beat derwi. Timing is important in these contests. Even though Yolanthe made a huge entry splash, you're always going to have to withstand a backlash or two. In a way, Emma was the worst opponent for her. If she made it past the first round, she might have been able to go all the way (don't believe anyone that says she wouldn't have).

This contest wasn't as much about the girls and the pictures that were posted in the thread as you guys seem to think.

Look at the people who showed up and voted for Emma. That wasn't all by accident. I don't feel bad about it but I probably won't do it again.
