Here's Metallica with 'Master of Puppets'

What do you want from live music? Lots and lots of energy. And holy **** there is so much here. A powerful performance of a classic band doing one of their best songs.

Here's Khruangbin with 'August 12'

The only downside of this song is that it's too short. It sorta just ends and leaves you wanting more. It's a brilliant song though with some incredible guitar work. The whole performance is a true experience, though this for me is the highlight.

Wow tough choice here, both were so good in very different ways. I liked the second song better, but I have to give credit to the first song because the performance was so good with lots of energy. Was really pleasantly surprised by the second song and adding it to my class playlist now

Not sure what to pick here to be honest! Going to think on it.

Metallica was never not going to be my choice here, especially prime Metallica when they actually cared.

It's a pity, because the other song was actually one of the better ones I've liked during these battles, but...it's Metallica.

I arrived in Denver late Monday night. Now I've learned that Kharungbin is performing at Red Rocks for 2 nights next week. I'm thinking about going.

If I got to choose between seeing Khruangbin and Metallica today, I'd go to the Khruangbin gig. But if I got to choose between Khruangbin and 1989 Metallica, it's no contest.

Metallica never excited me all that much, though the energy in that performance was impressive.

Liked the vibe of the 2nd song and was expecting either of them to open their mouth at any point and just landslide it with some killer vocals but oh well, enjoyed the instrumentals and my vote is going in the Khruang Bin

ngl im pretty jealous

here's the full performance that my submission was taken from

this was randomly suggested to me on youtube and within 2 minutes i was hooked. I've never really heard much like it. So good.
