I've told this story before in a different sub forum, so if you read it already, tough. I was in Vegas for Final Four weekend a couple months before this fight. It was on that Sunday night that me and a friend found ourselves in the spots book at TI. It was slow and they were waiting for one NBA game to finish up so they could close for the night. So me and my friend are talking with the one clerk on duty and his boss. My friend looks over at them and asks "So what do you think is going to happen with the fight?" The clerk looks back at his boss who nods his head, and then he turns back to us and says, ". You will see one of two things happen: Either Tyson will win, or you will see something so outrageous and unexpected , that you won't believe what you just watched!" He then said, "I have no idea what that might be, but you won't believe it when it happens"

Flash forward to the night of the fight and the war happens. It took me about 10 minutes of sitting there before turning to my buddy and asking him if he remembered what the clerk at the book said. It still blows my mind til this day

I would think being able to get action on your bet would be key, not nittery. But I'm not playing so meh.

this was to someone who bought the domain in 2015 when there was a registration lapse. he nicely gave it back to google. if he didn't, they would have won the rights back to it in court.

I am buying it in 1997, before Google as a company was even registered. There is no google. They'd have no rights to the domain.

There's a good chance that since the domain was taken, they'd name their search engine something else...there's also a chance they really want google and I can licence the rights to it to them, or sell it to them for equity in the company.
