Well, maybe I'll give her a call tonight, but another reason I was going to wait til Saturday is I've been busy all week. I was tutoring last night, and tonight my evil mom is making me scrub floors. I won't get home til a little bit later and she had said she'll be with friends later tonight, so I don't want to call her then. Tomorrow PSU is playing Michigan, and there is no chance I miss that game, so I said I'd call her after?

Uhh...did everyone forget she has a kid. You need to determine if she wants to get out (does she have someone to watch the kid? - would she like to go somewhere with the kid?) or would she like you to pick up a pizza and a movie...and stay in so she doesn't have to worry about a sitter. Maybe she wants to see if you're the kind of guy that wants to ditch the kid every chance you get or are you the kind of guy who is comfortable getting on the floor and playing with Playskool Toys (kyro - you are great with kids and you know it.) Babysitters are expensive....unless Mom and Dad are nearby.

The safe approach is "should I pick up a pizza and movie or would you like to go out somewhere? What works best for you?"
