Someone who isn't interested never says "no", at least not in so many words :P There's more diplomatic ways of saying I'm not interested.

Which leads me to two conclusions. If a girl ever said no, I'd probably persist a bit, and I'd never ask "can I call you" in the first place.

Wtf is he supposed to say? Yeah, I'm sure if he asked in a different manner she would have said yes. I hate people that think there is some secret set of words for getting women, and that's why they do well.

A couple things I didn't mention last night.

I didn't have her phone number. When I asked if I could call her sometime today, it was with the intention of getting her number to call her.

She gave a direct no, which I found incredibly bizarre. I have since found out that she has a boyfriend, which would have been nice to know BEFORE i started hitting on her. Anyways, if I was in her shoes, I probably would have said "I'm seeing somebody, sorry" instead of "no" but to each their own.

I have like zero luck with girls. This is ridiculous.

"Can I call you sometime" is a terrible line to use to get a phone number. Girls will often play a game here and give you mixed messages.
Be manly and just suggest that they give you their number.

"No" is not a mixed message.

And sorry, I'm not going to "act manly" to impress a girl. The guys who "act manly" are generally the guys who treat their girls like crap and make girls whine about never being able to find a nice guy. That's not my schtick, sorry. I am who I am, and if a girl decides I'm not worth it because I said "hey, can I call you tomorrow" instead of "give me your number, bitch" then she certainly isn't worth it either.

Went out to a party to see some of my other friends, and one of my good friend's little sister came along. He's in Arizona right now with the marines, so I called him up and in the creepiest voice I could think of and left a message saying I was taking goooooood care of her.

Ugh, the best part is, after I "thanked" the mutual friend for trying to set me up with someone who was taken, she said "yeah, but he lives far away. You never know."

In other words, she gave me a large sieve to try and collect water. Much obliged.
