For my team:

Spoiler:
Since we can only destroy 1 tower at the time, I think the permanent buff is the kmost powerful, aka the dragon. The Baron is a one time buff of 2.5 times more, but I think this game will take more than 3 rounds. Going for tower immediately seems a waste. Something like 4x Dragon, 1x Tower for defense is my proposal
