**** old comedy acts. But the problem is there aren't many true comedy acts these days. There are pairs of actors who work together often, but I wouldn't really consider them an act. But for a recent comedy act I am going with Key and Peele
My understanding is that those technologies rely on the emission of radio waves. A radio is just one technology that interprets the waves vocally
Maybe im looking at it the wrong way
Nonetheless the radio was a pivotal invention

It's all about transmission and reception in a meaningful way. A cell phone is basically a small computer and a radio. All the communication methods I mentioned essentially use a radio to send/receive. I would mention [UNDRAFTED], but not until the end of the category.

Certainly well known, and popular for a while, but I don't find them that funny. I may like each of them better when not together.

i havent seen much of their stuff, but this one always makes me laugh
A sports moment doesn't get more jaw dropping than this:
Nice catch, but not really what I would consider a sports highlight tbh. If he had done that in the final seconds to win the Superbowl or something, it would elevate it to elite level, but as is, the catch was kinda inconsequential.
You guys nabbed my #4 & #5 airlines, but I'll take my #1 airline.
Singapore Airlines
Write-up some other time.
I put this category in because I figured that:
-world travelers would have some good first-hand knowledge/insights
-those who don't travel lots internationally would learn a bit with some easy research
-and, it was not a USA-centric question
Steven Bradbury wins Australia their first gold medal at the Winter Olympics after an outrageous series of events, where everyone he comes up against in the semi-final and final of the speed skating do their best Bambi impression at the worst possible time.
Steve Bradbury's story is the classic underdog script, but a little too unbelievable to pass as fiction... Ice-based sports are a little hard to practice for in Australia. He had broken bones, been close to death from getting sliced by a skate blade, had given up durries and stubbies at barbies for two bloody weeks, and made many more sacrifices to achieve his dream.
An inspirational story, one which tells us that we should never give up, no matter what the odds. All of our dreams could come true, and in the most dramatic way possible! Cheers Steve!

I think that category is pretty hard to pick for, because unless you follow the sport and were watching it live, it probably isn't going to mean a great deal to you.
I couldn't find a great Steve Bradbury video that does him justice to be honest; its a story crying out for some good production value, and maybe a mad Aussie commentating on the races.

I've got the number one, regardless of whether one was around to see it or not. Ten more picks with no snipe and you'll agree with me.

I'm shocked there hasn't been a movie made about him yet. Aussies lap that **** up.

If it's anything like your clear #1 sports record, I doubt it. But I guess we'll see!
It's been enough time to skip, and about to call it a night so I'm just going to pick again

Dwetzel said historical relevance isn't important. I don't think it is for this clip, but it does make it that much better. I mean this is a top 2 rivalry in college football, and this was for a spot in the SEC championship game, and likely the NCAA championship game...
So...
2013 #1 Alabama @ #4 Auburn
Game is tied 28-28 and Alabama has the ball. Nick Saban calls a run play to get inside field goal range. It looks like the time runs out but Saban argues with the refs. Refs review it and decide 1 second should be put back on the clock...Alabama lines up to kick a 56 yd FG with 1 second left on the clock for the win...
