No. I don't really interpret the category that way. Like hey, I have some water. What kind of damage can I cause with my legal water? Oh. None? Kool.
To me that's not DESTRUCTIVE, & it's why I think things like children are kind of a silly route to go.
Fire DESTROYS things. Water slowly erodes them.
