@eyebooger I assume your 3 player board game cat....you are including games that can play with MORE or LESS than 3 people and they are just REALLY fun with 3?

If I remember right, he said that the game can be for any number of players but it will be judged explicitly on how fun it is with 3 people.

My first proper drinking session was behind the cinema with what we called goons of cider. Not like the Aussie goons, but 2-litre bottles of the cheapest warmest supermarket homebrand cider. I remember it like it was 20 years ago

I hope that my selection hadn't pushed the problem beyond sensible limits. Just to explain where I am coming from with my pick: what I envisioned was skins left in, singly fermented, undistilled wine, where different grape varietals do not result in a different type of drink.

I'm not a wine drinker, so I am looking at it from a socio-historical point of view.

D1iab, if you feel that an answer which is too broad (including mine) should be ranked lower, I can get behind that.

Really?

When I worked in grocery, I worked in places that had associated liquor stores. (In Canada we don't sell alcoholic beverages in grocery stores). I have seen people leaving them with several cases of wines or beers, but never even one case of something else.

People drink more wine than almost anything else.

If D1iab turns out to be a wino, congrats, but I'd be pretty surprised to see you in the top half of that category.

Also with all the other open categories, it really seems like a waste of a pick that likely would have been there in future rounds.

Once the generic beer pick happened, wine was obviously the next logical pick in that category, but maybe they will suffer in the rankings because they are too broad, who knows.

Not only was it an incredible feat, it will quite possible literally never be broken.
The next closest person? 417 wins. That record will likely never be broken.

I get it. People don't like baseball on this board. I think I got last place in the 'sports' category last draft. But that doesn't take away from how amazing this record is. It was so good, they named the award after him.

Cy Young baseball's greatest pitcher.

Are there less games now?
Was his team the most dominating team of all time?
Is a 22 year career at that level the main reason he has that record?
Why did you name the next closest pitcher, as opposed to next closest player?
