Game of Thrones pilot was good, but I don't think it was worth a first round pick.

some people will say other tv shows were better(or pilots), but GoT is a global phenom. i mean basically the whole world got obsessed with the show, and not just the simpletons like with Lost


anyway, given my history of just crushing all these drafts, i'll just let the judges speak for me at the end

For the record, it doesnt matter if the show is good or not. All that matters is the first episode.

I love Game of Thrones; top 3 show of all time for me, but it took me 3 times to get through the first episode (to be fair I was tired the first two times)

Once you start watching the show tho, it’s amazing, but the pilot didn’t do it for me; it’s the 80 shows after the pilot that did

Choc chip cookie was the other no brainer #1 for me...it’s the apple pie of cookies...surprised it fell so far

I read the book before the show aired. I sort of muddled through the first chapter of the book and it was barely keeping my interest. Until the end of the chapter and then I was like, "wait... what???"

Which is pretty much how the first episode went for most people.

Cheesesteak is a solid pick and should definitely finish in the top 3. I was thinking of taking it if it fell to me, but given the depth of certain categories I feel that I have a shot at 2 of the best 3 picks in the draft (human excrement being the other) unless Carl snipes me.

I hope that my message didn't come across as angry. But I have an idea of why you might have made people impatient. The time clock is in recognition of the fact that we have lives outside of 2P2. When you're clearly online and active in this thread and other threads you're just holding up the draft. We should be able to complete a round every day or two. If everyone exercises their full time clock this draft will last over a month and won't be as much fun.

My two cents.

For something to be removed from the olympics, I'm going to take Dressage.

Why?

1. It's not even a sport. It's animal training.
2. It is boring as hell. I dare you to watch all 7 minutes of the video I'll post below.
3. Some say certain techniques used to train the horses are cruel.
4. Seriously, wtf is this ****? It might be the all-around worst "sport," let alone the worst in the Olympics.

I'd rather watch 3 hours of rhythmic gymnastics than watch that 7 minutes of dressage.

Controversial opinion alert, but an actual authentic philly is pretty bad because it uses cheese wiz instead of provolone.

Philly with provolone, bell peppers, onions & mushrooms is pretty pretty awesome, though.

I don't think there's any hate or that anyone is pissed.

I just think that people are a little perplexed as to how you're able to come in thread, respond to some posts but not notice the ones that are letting you know that it's your turn.
