Well once the game is public, we can decide whether to utilise the alliance or not, but if it is (like in the genius) a game where multiple people gathered have the ability to crush someone else or bolster someone else, i want someone trustworthy to use my "share" of whatever power there is, and would hope that it would be reciprocated.

So even if i am not in the thread for the whole MM (which is possible), i would be able to possibly win (or at least place well) and help my alliance to win or place well.

To be serious: I know some people have an image of me as being untrustworthy, but trust me (heh) that I am incredibly loyal to those that I consider my real allies and build real alliances with. The amount of untrustworthy things I have ever done in past strategy games is not more than what everyone else in those games also did with people not actually part of their real alliances.

i know that thingy will invest a huge amount of effort into winning the mm, and as a villager, it is less than ideal to betray me in the mm when he also has to betray me in the game, so either way i am comfortable extending the olive branch for now.

if he betrayed me on day 1 it wouldn't matter that much, since it is negative ev in general (in both GAME terms and ww terms).

I know people are likely just voting me to rile me up (except Benjamin). If you do it enough, it will probably work, but I wish you wouldn't, as I don't want to focus on defending myself and getting into such a spiral.

I am an open book, I will dedicate tons of amount of time to this game, and I plan to freely share my garnets with consensus villagers (as I don't want any responsibility myself). There will be ZERO room for doubt on what my role is in this game, and anyone who ever ends up voting me at the end of a day should feel embarrassed.
