I had a tinfoil that Wilv was a wolf. Cause I thought he had said the "wolf posting a lot trying appear solvey" about me in a previous game, but it turns out he hadn't.

However this read of his previous game also led me to comparing his opening here to his opening in last weeks game, and I'm pretty confident he's probably a villager here.

At first I thought he might have opened a bit less aggressively in this game than he did in the last - called out two wolf reads in his first couple posts last game - but his opening is actually pretty similar.

So that's villagery.

His post where he voted me was pretty wolfy in a vacuum though. So he only gets to go on the villagery list and not the lock villager pile.

I swear to god someone said almost the identical line about me in one of the last two games. I think it probably must've been animaniacs. I was a villager there, so I'm obviously a villager here.

It's not just the way he wagoned you. It's the way he talked up your wagon, which was in the lead, while not voting only to jump on right when it looked like your lynch might happen. Given the daycycle I'd realistically lynch him just for that and consider you cleared (barring SK) if he flips scum.

As a bonus, most of his other posts are "reads" of the form "lol this guy is a wolf unless he's not lol"

Looking at it again, there definitely is a pretty big difference. He goes after people and clears people the same as he did last game, but he's not going nearly as "hard in the paint" as he did as a villager last game.
