For some reason a disproportionate amount of my "you aren't doing anything" or "you only post about mechanics" seems to come from scum. I'm not even sure why. Yours only barely registered with me at the time, but when someone asked me about you d2 I thought "oh yeah, there was this one thing..."

"Not reading the thread" is probably overstating it, but when someone makes an accusation so contrary to obvious facts, it makes me think they're skimming the thread for things that look suspicious, trying to put up an appearance of scumhunting rather than actually scumhunting.

Well, I mean, I was driving enough of the voting activity that I felt it was more like the opposite of the truth than an exaggeration of the truth. I did have to follow up by pointing out to you where I had explicitly laid out my case against wilverine, so you at least missed that much. It's also possible that's the one thing that you missed and the whole exchange was dumb luck; certainly something like that happened with Darthe, who managed to spend d1 appearing to collude with you guys thanks to a string of coincidences.

EDIT: Also, I'm not trying to say I outright decided you were scum because of that post. I just thought it was a tell. Even my lynch voting on d2 was basically "well this is better than Redd or me." There were at least 3 other people I'd have killed first at that point.

I don't know. I probably do notice some types of things less as a wolf. I didn't have the impression of you driving things and I still don't really see it that way. That comment was based on you seeming not very involved but popping up instantly every time someone said something about mechanics. But I was a wolf, and "talking about mechanics" and "not doing much" are easy things to say. Would I have had the same impression as a villager? I don't know. I don't feel like you "caught" me, but it's probably not unreasonable that that aroused your suspicion either.

In any case, I hope you stick around and play more games here. You seem prety solid as well as easy to get along with.

Yeah, I honestly don't know either; that kind of thing seems to have like a really high hitrate but I consider it supporting evidence at best unless it's the late game and I think absolutely everyone else is town. I've certainly never started a wagon for it and if you were around to bus wilv d2 I may have written it off entirely.

And thank you. I'll keep an eye out for future slowgames. Turbos might be fun some evening too but single-day cycles are the exact right length to eat essentially all my attention.
