• As long as the game is ongoing, you may talk about the game only inside the game thread
• You may post in the game thread only when it is DAY
• You may post only when you are alive
• You may not edit or delete posts in the game thread for any reason at any time
• You may not post screenshots of, or directly quote your role PM, seer peeks, or any other game-related communication that originated outside of the game thread
• You are expected to participate
• You are expected to be familiar with the rules, and you are expected to abide by them even if you think they are incorrect

Werewolf is a game about lying and catching people lying. It's an adversarial game and arguments between players are normal and expected. Passion and Intensity are fine but excessively personal attacks or insults are not. Even in a werewolf game you must respect the forum rules about civility. Failure to do so may cause you to be infracted or temp banned, and repeated problems may get you perma-banned.

Werewolf is also a community and team-based game. While there are many styles and strategies and reasons for playing and you may choose your own, you are expected to be respectful of the time and energy others put in as players and as moderators. You are expected to play to win. Intentionally sabotaging your team, or choosing strategies with the sole purpose of trolling other players in the game is not allowed.

Each day, each player is allowed (and encouraged) to vote to lynch a player. To do so, type the name of the player in bold. You may abbreviate the name of the player, provided it is clear to other players (and the VOTE COUNTER) whom you mean.

You may remove your vote by posting "unvote". You may change your vote simply by voting the new player; you do not need to unvote before voting again.

At the given time for lynch, the player with the most votes is lynched, and his role revealed in the thread. If two or more players are tied for the most votes, one of the tied players is chosen randomly by the moderator.

There is no Majority Lynch on any day unless the game is at must lynch.

At Must Lynch (where if a villager is lynched the game is over) votes will be LOCKED IN. There will be no unvoting or vote changing. Make sure to vote wisely!

All times given are server time, which is also Eastern Daylight Time.

Start of Day: Day will usually start around 7:00 AM. Later on weekends, because I'm asleep.

End of Day: Day lasts until 9:00 PM . All posting will cease for one hour, and is allowed again at 10:00 PM.

Posting at 9:00 PM is acceptable, and votes with that time stamp will be counted. Posting after that, even just a minute after, is not acceptable, even if I have not yet declared it night by posting "It is night." Do not post in the thread at any time, for any reason, between the end of the day and the opening of the thread the next hour.

All night actions are due by 6:00 AM. Any death scene(s) will be announced when day starts at 7:00 AM.

There are NO Night 0 actions.

Wolves may communicate with each other by any means they desire during wolf chat. Wolves have 24 hour chat starting with the receipt of their Role PMs. You must add me (the moderator) to any and all chats.

There will be must lynch in this game ONLY if the Serial Killer [if present] is dead. Once you vote, your vote is locked, and you may not switch or unvote.

For every post you make per Day phase, your chance of being modkilled or replaced is decreased by 20%. If you make 3 posts, you have a 40% chance of being modkilled. If you make 5 posts, you will not be modkilled.

The setup for this game will be based on the C9++ semi-open randomized setup theme.

Example: if I rand TTTCCMM, that would result in the following roles:

TCCDDBB would be:

So the setup is nearly infinite. You will not be told what the resulting setup is. Figure it out!

• Serial Killer chooses Investigation Immunity or 1-shot BP pregame.
• Cops are guaranteed to be sane.
• Cops get results in the form of Town/Antitown or Innocent/Guilty - SK's show up as Antitown/Guilty unless they have Inv-Immunity.
• Innocent Child is revealed at the start of Day 1 by the mod.
• Doctors prevent one night kill.
• Kills are indistinguishable - do not use varying flavour for Mafia, Vigilante or Serial Killer night kills.
• Mafia Roleblocker cannot kill AND block in the same night unless he is the last scum alive.
• Mafia submit kills as an individual player, not as a faction. This means the night kill could potentially be blocked!

You may hint at or claim a role: e.g.. vanillager, vigilante, doctor, seer. As usual, role PMs may not be quoted. Role names will be posted for death scenes.
