There's a tiny chance that Bowl was for Fantasy. I just feel like Fantasy Bowl is a thing, but I might be making that up.
Not sure it matters since this is unlimited guessing.

I assume this it means to be for medical doctor?

If so, maybe microscope? And maybe House for the TV Show?
If not that, then maybe Ear or Chest for the body connections.
Or smaller chance of Police for the job connection.
