one line of thinking is this is forced unlimited and he knew we'd say bay/wake and bay was neutral and wake is ours; and we had wake next on our list so he figures we'll say it this turn and is ok with that since didn't 0 clue (though don't really have time to 0 clue unless it's assassin)

it's most likely neutral, not theirs, given how likely we are to say wake for seafood, especially given we just said wake for tuna



the other way to think about it is what is the clue for crab/shell/wake? it could just be shore

so maybe plate is ours
