The candy had been manufactured since the 1890s by the Walter M. Lowney Company of Canada which was taken over by Hershey as a subsidiary brand."

And, isn't Kit Kat a Nestlé brand?

I thought this brand thing was weird, but just looked it up & this is what they consider their brands:

Find me a website that indicates Lowney is a brand manufactured and distributed by The Hershey Company and I’ll consider changing the ruling.

ETA: I’m not sure what Cherry Blossom has to do with this. Your answer was Lowney.

Kit Kat is manufactured and distributed by The Hershey Company in the U.S.

What did you find weird about it?

How one defines a "brand" is an open interpretation to me. Like to me, Reese's is a brand, and Reese's Pieces & Reese's Peanut Butter Cups are products.

I would also consider Hershey's a brand, & the chocolate bar & kisses are products.

Ah, gotcha. Yeah, it’s a little confusing and I should’ve used Hershey’s site rather than Wikipedia. An example of a poorly-worded and poorly-executed peehs question.

If I was doing anything this game other than trying to not finish last, I would be ing pretty hard during this delay.

WTF "south".
Express peehS Reveal Quote

south is clearly the best word to go for if you know all the words. It's mentioned once, and it's buried deep within the song, it's not of huge importance to the "plot" of the song, and it's not stressed or elongated by the singer. Unfortunately 3 of us knew this.

Thanks for the game IBD and congrats sixfour and podium

I thought about saying "south" as well. I think the "south Detroit" kind of sticks out somehow, and south seems better for peehs. Still, pretty odd to have three say it in this sample size.

I have this memory of looking at the IMDB top 100 and being surprised to see Groundhog Day on the list. I'm going to blame it on long-term sleep loss from my 1-year-old.

Thanks IBD, grats podium.
