A couple of comments. This has taken me a while to score and will take some time in the formatting, so I may be slow, and I may need to split this over a couple of days.

Regarding grouping, I made logical groups, I think. One thing I tried to be consistent with was general/specific issues. if there was only one specific case, I grouped the general case with it. If there were more than one specific case, the general case was not grouped with any of them.

This was an experiment and you can be the judge of how well it worked when we get to the end.

I also seem to be having connectivity issues, so that may affect things.
