...we draft 30, cut three, draft 7 rookies, then cut to 27 from the 34 later?

No, rounds 1-23 are veteran only.

Starting round 24 rookies open.

30 people on roster, cut down 3 by the Tuesday before the season starts.

Also, there's no way to exclude Rookies from your draftable list on the site.. make sure you don't pick a rookie before round 24.

Kinda sucks, please doublecheck everyone I think we'll get a kinda sticky spot if this happens (unless commish can somehow override a draftpick or smth in case of an emergency)

I can delete a pick and change it to someone else.

I guess all I can say is that if someone drafts a rookie their pick is skipped until I'm able to fix it. That shouldn't take long.. but.. just don't pick a rookie and you won't have to worry about it

Starting July 1.. since I want to make sure people have a bit of time to prepare, and more importantly they have access to the site and everything and understand the software so there are no issues.

That being said, lets try to get in a good amount of picks by then.

I really believe the serpentine when you are doing the rookie draft is really balanced.. and in some years can be advantageous to be the bottom of the draft.

The year the person got 1.12, 2.1 and then ADP as well was really strong.

This is not directed to OTI because he just found out the draft started (which is one of the two major reasons there is no timer yet, along with making sure people are on the site and not pressured into something since we started so suddenly), but keep in mind those are the reasons there is no timer. Don't take three days trying to do a trade or something as that is definitely not in the spirit of the timer being turned off.

If you're on the site and everything is working well.. please try to make the pick in a timely manner.

Once the timer starts, there is a way to pre-select a player in case you will not be available during your 12 hour window.
