If there is no free agency period before week 1, I'm gonna require a special dispensation to add a kicker. My team only has 30 players, and I don't feel I was made aware of a league provision completely foreign to my decades of fantasy sports participation.

I have no real problem with this as a one time special exception. I added Oakland defense back to you in the meantime - you can only use it to take a kicker and your pick must be PMed to me and/or posted in this thread.

Additionally Larry Legend had a player cut down to missed-cut downs (Alfred Blue).

Yes you can't go over 31. Searix probably needs to turn the roster limit back on. Normally the system would not allow it to go through if it puts you over 31
