Yeah, Chris Johnson was my first thought when I saw my position but it was more out of hope than expectation. I expected him to go more like 6 or 7 so when he was still on the board at 10 it made my decision pretty easy.

I'm not convinced 10-12 isn't the best place to draft this year. Top 3 rookie, and 2 great value picks on the turn in the 1st round.

Initially looking at everything I thought 10 was the best slot (somewhat depending on how 1-2 rookies fall) and Johnson sliding to 10th means #10 will end up with one of the best round 1,2,26 combos.

I'm not gonna comment on any picks but I think 1 went a tiny bit too high, 1 went a little too high and two went way too high so far (but that's just BPA, there's other reasons that can cancell that out and it's impossible to judge untill after the draft).

What does BPA stand for?

Some of the drop is due to value, some due to age (30). This is a dynasty league, and if 2 running backs are of close to equal value, the younger one has the greater upside.

Ball Park Analysis?

Why can't we analyze picks that have been made now? Obv. not saying more in regards to who we think should be picked in the future. I'm agreeing with FCBL a bit, but I think it's funny that his pick is the one that I find to be the biggest disappointment of rd1. Obv. MJD going 2 is absurd, but Westbrook prolly would have been at least a rd2 pick coming off surgery.

We can talk about them.. I just think someone people are worried they'll give something up by doing so.

Westy could have been gotten lower, definitely agreed.. but he would have had a ridiculous upside for a 2nd rounder. That was definitely a risky pick, but assuming he can be healthy he's a legit fantasy superstar.

Turner and Sjax worry me. They are no brainer picks there, but if any team should be setup for a regression to the mean it would be Atlanta. Furthermore, he got fed the ball a ton. I had him in a dynasty and just traded him for two 1st's and a 3rd round pick. His value is high, but I am kinda expecting a dropoff.

Sjax has been one of my fantasy backs for as long as I can remember. His situation is terrible.. but if all goes well he is definitely a legit talent. I mean, he had to go when he did.. but its a scary situation to me.

Meh I think it's fun to discuss picks but also gives away some edges I belive to have. For example:

Without going into details as to why, I'm snaptaking MJD or Forte there the only tough thing is deciding who :P

I'm also glad that the SJax decision was made for me I'd have felt very uncomfortable having to take him.
