So, how does that work exactly? Never been a part of that. Supplemental draft? What's order, same as rookie draft? I suppose that'd re-balance the weaker teams fast. But maybe too much?

Looks like other league did this:

2 round, snake, random draft order supplemental draft. We will put all players and draft picks for those teams in that draft. So you could pick Teddy Bridgewater or pick 1.02 from Bird's team, as an example.

Then rookie draft as normal. If there is a pick for one of the other teams that goes undrafted it will just be forfeited.

I also liked other leagues payments:

500 champ
210.05 second
100 third
100 points

Any objections? We'd do supplemental draft in thread since picks are involved.
