ROSTERS
Rosters may consist of any combination of players. Rosters are limited to 27 players during the regular season. Rosters may be expanded up to 34 players from the start of the annual rookie/FA draft until 3 days before the season begins. Rosters must be reduced to 27 players at that time. The additional seven players during this period of time are not limited to rookie players.
STARTING LINEUPS
Each team must consist of the following starting lineup during each week of the season
1 QB
2 RB
3 WR
1 TE
1 OFX (Flex position may be a RB, WR, or TE)
1 PK
1 DEFENSE/SPECIAL TEAM
If no lineup is submitted by a team, their previous week's lineup will be used.
Should an owner fail to submit a starting lineup for two weeks in a row, the commissioner shall warn the owner that his status as an owner is in jeopardy. If the owner fails to respond and or a starting lineup fails to be posted for the third week, the commissioner will strongly consider the owner's future with this league or lack thereof.
CUT DOWN DATES
There will be 2 cut down dates. One will be 3 days before the regular season begins when a team shall cut down from their rookie draft to the 27 player limit. The second cut down date will be 2 weeks after the superbowl. All IR players must either be cut or moved back to the roster as each team may only carry 27 players heading into the off-season. Any player not on a team after the season will automatically re-enter the rookie/FA draft pool.

TIE-BREAKERS
Game ties stand in the regular season.
End of Season Tiebreakers - The following is the tie-breaking scheme should two or more teams have identical records at the end of the season:
1. Overall winning %
2. Head to head winning %
3. Division winning % (If in same division)
4. Total points scored
5. Virtual coin flip
Championships that end in a tie, will result in splitting of the 1st and 2nd place pots 50/50.
SCHEDULE AND PLAYOFFS
A 13 week regular season will be scheduled prior to start of season.
Week 14 will be the start of playoffs. Playoffs will consist of 3 division winners and next best 3 teams league wide as wild card teams.
Top 2 division winners receive a BYE week 1 of the playoffs. Last division winner plays lowest seed, top wild card seed plays 2nd lowest wild card seed.
In week 2 of the playoffs, the top division winner plays remaining lowest seed from round 1.
Playoff tie breaks between Weeks 14 and 15 will be determined by bench points.
PAYOUTS
MyFantasyLeague.com fees will be taken out of the entry fees. The site currently costs $69.95. With 12 teams @ $100 a team. We have $1200 minus the $69.95. $1130.05 left for payouts. The payouts will be as follows:
Championship Winner: $530.05
2nd Place Finish: $200.
3 Division Winners: $100 each.
Highest Scoring Team (Year): $100.
DIVISION ALIGNMENT
3 Divisions of 4 teams each. Division allignment will be random.
WAIVER WIRE FOR FREE AGENTS
Waiver Wire will be done with Yahoo rules. Players that are cut are locked for 2 days and then free on waivers. They are assigned on a worst to first basis and processed each night at 3 am est.
DRAFT
We will have one inaugural draft. The 30 round draft MAY contain rookies. It will be a snake draft with
3rd round reversal.
Each year after season 1, we will have a 7 round rookie/FA draft. After the draft, your team may contain as many as 30 players. You will be required to cut down to the roster limit of 27 players 3 days before the regular season begins.
Draft order of the rookie draft will be determined by previous season standings.
INJURED RESERVE
Each team will be allowed 2 IR spots. Once a player has been moved onto the IR, he can not be removed until after the season finishes. IR spots can only be used during the course of a season.
IR players may be released from a team to the waiver wire, but not allowed to play for the remainder of the season if signed by another team.
IR players may be traded, but will still be unavailable to their new teams for the remainder of the year.
A player can be put on the IR in any injured state (Probable, Doubtful, Questionable, Out), but again, once they have been moved to the IR, they may not play again that season for any team.
No player in the off-season may be on the IR. All IR spots must be cleared by the season ending cut down date or the players will be released back into the rookie/FA draft pool.
TRADES
Trading- You may trade players and or draft picks.
No trades may be made that include real cash, future considerations, or a player to be named later. When draft picks are involved in a trade, only draft picks for the current draft year and/or following draft year may be traded. NOTE: Any team trading away the next year's pick will have to pay half of that year's entry fee up front to insure no owner leaves their team in bad condition and then drop out.
Any trade that appears to be suspicious or detrimental to the integrity of the league may be vetoed. A 3/4 vote is needed to over-turn a trade.
During the season, owners will have 48 hours to contest a trade. During the off-season, owners will have up to 1 week to contest a trade. Though there is a 48 hour process to contest a trade.
Trade deadline is the end of week 10. Meaning, all trades must be submitted to the site by the end of the MNF game week 10.
You may trade in the off-season, but your roster may never exceed 27 players. You can contain fewer than 27 players. If you as a team trade for more than 27 players, you must as part of the deal, drop players so your team is never above 27 players. Any deal that would make a team over the 27 player limit is null and void.
DIFFICULT SITUATIONS
Teams that start players during BYE weeks are subject to punishment and possible team removal. Because every game is crucial to the overall success of the league, and the rosters are deep enough. There is no reason to have players being used on BYE weeks. There will be no exceptions.
Removal & Replacement of Owner
This is an extremely serious consideration, one which the league will seek to avoid at all costs. If it arises, this path will be followed:
1. The commissioner will decide if team removal is required.
2. If this is determined to be needed a notification will be posted on the message board and via email.
RULE CHANGES
Rule changes may only occur in the off-season. If a change is needed it will be put to the league and a 3/4 majority will be needed to pass.
No rules may be changed while in season.
I just stole this from Chim(ty).
For Mods: Don't worry I will lock up this thread once I get it set up so we don't have 2 threads clogging the forum.
