I felt IRTM and chillrob were not engaged enough to be hunting wolves as long as we were hitting reds. I mean I know you had a read on me, but you knew you couldn’t do anything about it to convince IRTM and chillrob………..and you knew I knew that… so it was going nowhere..

Also, I think you have to admit the wolf hunt was very oddly timed. (coming off 5 reds!!!). I mean if you want to be the guy screaming “wolf” when we just peeled off a consensus 5, and think you can make a case that you are just a villager with a good read, then you go for it…. People are not going to want to blow up a team on an “arctic asked about witch in his first post” read when we just took a big chunk of words of the board. I mean I am not saying you didn't put shade on me, but I never felt there was traction.

Nothing we could have discussed would have gotten us to Dragon over the other three beings. I still think passing was best, random guess next best, discussing longer just helps the other team eliminate words.

Of course it could have. I was deciding between Dragon & Aztec. Giving the other team a chance to win instead of trying to win is just bad strategy & they can gain literally nothing from hearing us talk about our 1 word we have left.

It is hard to provide spymaster suggestions/tips because the difference in difficulty of each board impacts how conservative or aggressive you have to be as spymaster. And the game state can change during a game..

My tip is, when in doubt go ellipsoid 8...
