Yes. Sorry, I was really struggling with my first go.

Was pretty happy with my 3-word clues and you guys were on point for those.

Again, I was struggling at the end to link horn with track without overlapping with switch or blues. I'm sure there's something better than "train" but I just couldn't get there. Even had my big dictionary out looking up words like "cowpath" or "bullpath" hoping for the best lol.

GG, pretty tough board for both teams imo.

I was stuck with a pretty lame clue at the end because the other team still had track on the board, which I was hoping would be gone by that stage. I contemplated transmission, control and electrical at the end, but I talked myself out of all of them. Not sure if they would have been better clues or not.

I was going for a double whammy there - players switch teams and apparently a switch is a type of play in basketball. Clearly I was way off there.

Not way off. A switch definitely happens in basketball. Problem is, so do horns and jumping.

Nice. Smoothie was so hard to link to other words until I thought of silky and then it was perfect. Probably wouldn't have gone there if Gabe didn't post the definition, was only thinking of it as a drink before then.

Yeah, I thought of the frog/jump connection, but in my mind that was a much bigger stretch than switch. Horn was obviously a worry also, but all the other clues I could think of could lead to spray or track pretty easily, so I thought that was my best option.

baby was an excellent find

For someone who crushed the Test for English as a Foreign Language and writes "C2/Expert user/near-native" on his CV, this game very quickly shows me my limitations.

Fortunately we got the easier list three times
