What if the players in the top two teams this series (Team JM3 and Biscuits) are split up and become captains for the next set of six teams, one per team. The other players could be slotted into each team randomly.

If people really think this is necessary, this plan would ensure a nice re-distribution for the next series.

I think D1iab and I (or me especially) are getting a bit over-hyped around here, but I'll go with a plan like this if people want to. I also think JM3 is getting under-hyped as a critical component of our current team.

Alternative idea:

Keep the D1iab/Carl/JM3 team together as defending champions.

Re-rand everyone else.

My comment was mostly from the long-list games. Playing 5 long-list games is like 10 regular games, and it was just a shout out to you and D1iab for being solid players. I realized that I should not have said that, because everyone is very good player..

I say just re-rand teams. The player pool is well balanced. Plus, if we end up with a team that looks pretty strong, the rest of the teams will just take them down this series!!!!!

Oh, I hope we go to 3/2 scoring over the 5/3/2. 3 is still a good reward for a unique win..

LOL at the game not being over yet.

Say what you want about me/IBD/insanity and our slow start, but we had a 3 game winning streak at the end, and we got our **** done quickly.

Wouldn’t you be champs if you win, regardless of points? I was under the impression these were matches for first, third, and fifth. That how it should be, imo.
