Sears and Roebuck is the full name of the department store, which brings Buck into play, even more so since the gun - 0 clue steered the other team away from it. And Pants is likely as well, especially since you liked it previously.

Army - unlimited is 2 + makeup the words; i rushed that and didn't see vet or some other bad words; that was my bad...unlimited there is always 2+makeup

your list was bugle, shot after vet, so you had it


Sears - unlimited is 2 + makeup words and Sears Tower you saw later + pants, which they sell

5G - unlimited was Tower (since you missed for Sears) and Link then makeup the final 3 words (not 4 words to ninja)


your list at that point was shot+bugle makeup for Army that I had given go ahead on + pants/ninja for Sears but I had already told you shot+bugle was right for Army and you figured out Sears Tower + Tower+pants is Sears so you needed another 5G word and that was link


On the Sears clue, needed you to makeup bugle, shot then go pants+tower and we would have been in great shape; you got buck instead (which I understand with Roebuck) but making it up was fine…the issue was you missed tower so I had to do tower+link with 5G instead of just Zelda for link

I almost did Sheikah - unlimited for last turn but wasn't sure if you'd recognize those towers from BotW or not

so to recap, bad on me for Army clue

for you guys, constructive criticism would be to makeup the words first when i give you unlimited, as you put them off, so i had to go unlimited


on Sears - unlimited if you had gone shot,bugle,buck,pants,ninja

then we would be down to 3 words left, i'd clue 5G - 2 and you would know it's pants+2 5G words and hopefully get link as the 2nd one (definitely not ninja)


you did this properly on Army - unlimited, where you made up engine, theater but then on Sears you didn't make up shot/bugle first and that made it much harder for us to win

also, staff was assassin and i played with fire there with army staff and sears staff

but with it being just 2 words, i didn't think you'd go staff over tower and pants or over the army words (and you didn't, tho you mentioned it a few times)
