I also didn't think about booking a trip -- that's a good connection. That might be my favorite for our next guess. I know it's got a little red equity, but it fits our clue much better than theirs.

missed locust and pool, those could be right

maybe disease for seeing a priest when you're sick? i think that's a thing

idk if we can go jockey/lumberjack for the profession connection or not, but those probably have some equity, most likely as a duo

I'd take Mexico over Table, and I think Pool is better than Disease. Otherwise, your list looks good to me.
