Hmmm...well they need 2 more so perhaps this is our "go for it" clue - but then why not say 5? Gonna try to think backwards through this one a little and how nails mighta got here - doesn't seem like anything changed with their recent words(flute?) so not sure why we wouldn't have gotten this earlier...

Not that many sticking out either...probably soul > fish > palm? my favorites to start

Contract could be for wireless too so I could see it(their 'pay' clue concerned me) - palm I was thinking kiss the palm type of deal but GF2 connection can semi work too...not sure on that one. Luca Brasi had his hand stuck with a knife and it fights with the whole violence thing...tho funny enough I'm having trouble thinking of anyone else - Frank in bathtub end of GF2?

Yeah, tough one since there aren't any super obvious connections, and it is probably more of a Hail Mary than a clue he wanted to use.

I'm on the same page as you guys. I think fish>contract>soul>knife, then re-evaluate if those are correct? I don't think there's any way we are getting away from any of those.

You bang a nail with a hammer, and it is also a synonym for sex in the same way bang is. I think it's stronger than date is for bang, but weaker for Godfather. But at the same time, it looks like we were pretty much on the wrong track for everything, so maybe better to guess it?

I'm not really sure what to do here...feels like we could very easily bust out on the first guess.

i take it the 6 clue was to tell us to re-think everything. if it's a 4, we know we're probably right on 2 backups, if it's a 5 then we have basically no ****ing clue what we're right on

6 is slapping us upside the head to do better, but maybe we still had one right

would hammer be the clue for boom/nail tho?

I think best case scenario is that 1 of our backup words are correct, so only one of stick/date/sub should be ours at best, and very possibly none of them are.

I can see a few potential blockers for hammer, and I don't think it hits boom that hard either. Tap was also still on the table at that time, which was blue.
