Not much to say really since you got everything I was going for. I was really expecting coffee to be off the board by the last clue, but I was already committed to cream and they were pretty unlikely to win next turn anyway. I do think it was a bit spewy to guess it first when it was about 90% to be a watery word tho.

Awesome clues, D1. After AK mentioned that maybe we should put coffee last because of the watery equity, I agreed but didn't get a chance to say so before we had already guessed it first...doh!

yea we coulda played that better but it was such a strong hit that just having it out of the way would surely leave us a clean list, d1 clued great so we could afford the risk but I didn't feel strongly about the situation outside of those 3 words were top

That is my fault. You and AE had the same list but we were not pressed for time so I could have easlily said "let's see what nails says." I should have done that. Sorry team..

It kind of helped us in an odd way because coffee going first may have hurt them (info wise) , but then again if things go different D1 might have been in a tough spot to get whip/pie then skip ranch and get us to pick taste. That would have been a bad spot after D1 got us so far ahead.

Anyway, my bad for rushing the turn. That said, I think coffee was always getting picked by us. I don't see a situation where the majority wanted to leave it off. I think we were all assuming that with cream 3 that coffee was probably ours and that it was a sacrificial miss on their part so they could get to get a bunch of other liquidy words after coffee was wrong.

When you are clued a word that fits perfect but is also on the other team's list it is not always clear cut as to whether to let it pass of go for it.

D1, I bet we look at cream 3 different if it was not a game ending chance for us...

If this was mid game we probably force them to decide...
