Bond my top pick, only other thing aside from your list to me is Day again, think I like rail, cricket seems good too like you mentioned, almost want giant or one of these rulers for guess 4

I really like Bond, Cricket and Rail (British Rail).

Not sure about the others. Beer could fit and so could lip (stiff upper lip). Beer probably safer. Beer seems the best on the rest of D1's list imo.

Why Day, AE?

Our +2 are Giant and then Water. Water seems decent as a housecleaning word but nails could have gone hole 3 and got pit, well, water...so I am not sure if we should rethink water or not???

Think we have to stay the course re water. Hole is not strong enough for water to think he would've reclued for it imo, and I think it's less likely to be a bad word now that glass was blue. And I'm actually feeling Cleopatra more than giant for Genghis atm, but we should still stick with our list.

Bond/cricket/rail/beer sounds good to me for British.

what do you mean about water? wasn't looking to guess that at all, think it would have been hole 3 as AK said but we can always come back to it potentially

I don't dislike a Cleopatra guess for 4, giant and fair cool by me too

I mean if both glass and water were bad words, we prob would've gotten a 0 clue at some point. Not 100% or anything, but usually a spymaster won't give the other team 2 freebies if he can avoid it.
