I was thinking that as well, but there would still be 4 to guess if taste was ours and ranch wasn't. I still like taste more than ranch for watery and real but after this clue it can really go both ways. (Maybe mush points more to texture thus away from taste as well? )

Almost certainly just 1 ncaa and rice and army are a decent combo there, better than polo imo. Mush also fits army in multiple ways. They eat mush, they walk thru mush, etc

Pie and whip are theirs, as is one of taste or ranch. The other of taste and ranch is most likely ours we think. There are pros and cons for both, but I think ranch is better since it also fits Scottish. But none of us know what the Scottish word could even be, or maybe we already guessed it

yeah i guess army could be scottish. i don't really think of scotland as having an army, but maybe soldier is the assassin (so he can't clue braveheart) and he was trying to get us off of it since we had it before army in our earlier list

ranch is never ours if taste is (because of the cream clue) unless you see another possible 3rd answer for that
