i think this is meant to clue in a brand or person i may not know, and whatever i guess may just obviate that fact, so might as well just declare it from the start

i'm 23 years old, if that helps, and rather not well-read (a lot of classics are missing on my list)

adam lambert is that musician guy who headlined musikfest that one time, and i think did a new year's eve show once too. so this could loop in music industry stuff like contract, cover, play, air (radio playtime), jam (i don't think this fits him very well but it's related enough to mention) - but a lot of that would just be covered by a music clue

the name "sam lambert" is in my head and i don't really know why or who that is

i've been to lambertville, NJ, and while i don't think of it as very close to new york, that could be? this can't be what's primarily being clued for though, but it could be an add-on to something else

problem with not exactly knowing a person is they could be a novelist (and thus this should clue me in on book contents), or a revolutionary, or a pirate, or czech, and i wouldn't really know to do those here. it could be like, a character i can't place from treasure island or one of the more popular pirate books

or a czech pirate who led a revolution and then had a book written about it, but i have doubts

just passing here feels really bad though

i think i'll try play first, with the logic that a musician would play things, or a novelist would have a play adaptation of their work. or if it's neither and i'm off base, i'll just learn that right away. no matter what, this feels like it's asking for a mix of several elements based on my best guesses, so might as well go with one that hits two potential worlds

I am not going to talk about my clue obviously (and I am not supposed to say anything, but Prip and Carl wont mind what I am going to say).

Even the best and most knowledgeable players here have all gotten a clue at one time or another in which they said "WAT...OMG....lol"

So, I am just saying not to worry and don't feel stressed. You and I are going to have some fun as a team, that I can assure you

the thing about the music clues is they don't feel like, uniquely lamberty. new york is the closest thing i have to that, and even that feels far
