Once upon a time, there was a boy who loved board games, cards, and Carolina basketball. And, one fateful night in a bar with mutual friends, he met a girl who loved those things too.

They connected over stories from home, their joint state of New York, some wine, some good steaks, and, so the stories say, mac and cheese.

It wasn't immediate (women as funny, smart, and kind as carolinacoder don't always rush into things) but it was fate.

Now iraisetoomuch, our father-to-be, and carolinacoder, the mother-to-be, are starting their very own family. With their very own werewolf game. Twelve years to the week after they first met.

If it weren't for Ms. Coder's openmindedness, she might well have ended things upon Mr. TooMuch's confession that he occasionally told lies and metaphorically "killed" people on the internet.

Being a true kindred spirit, however, she joined in to see what it was all about. And the POG family grew a little bigger, even as the CAROLIRAISE family is about to grow bigger (and, I suspect, as carolinacoder has probably lately grown a bit bigger!)

9 of you are POGgers who are anxiously awaiting the birth of CodeBaby to welcome baby into the world and begin the next generation of werewolfers.

The first time around I randed seer and peeked eadgbe wolf. That would've been a lot of fun so I was kind of miffed when we reranded.

But the rerand gave me wolf with well named and luckbox so this should be a lot of fun too.

Usually when I wolf with wn, we bus and fps and other stupid shenanigans but we decided to go for the throat this time and play to win.

The plan so far is to mislunch aaron and nk herbie.

Theme is super cool and congrats to Carolina and IRTM on the expected birth of your first child. May it be a villagery child.
