iirc Cloverfield received the same kind of reviews, people complained about the plot, lack of closure, shaky cam etc. and it was one of my favourite movies around that time. Unless reviews for C2 are "absolutely terrible, utter trash" I don't expect I will regret watching it
16% out of 19 reviews, but audience seem to be tolerating it with 63% (Expect that number to go down as those who weren't stoked to watch it on release day chime in.)
"It feints at a parable for paranoia in an age of weaponized information. Instead, it's a reminder that what we love can be quickly ripped from us. After all, who knew when they woke up Sunday that the Cloverfield franchise would be dead hours later?"
That being said, The Nerdist gave it a 4/5. So who knows, maybe it is a great lore continuer. I'm skeptical I want to waste my time watching it though, so your feedback will help in that manner.
Saw the trailer for Wreck it Ralph 2. It looks... terrible. Like, wtf? The original was really good and this looks really bad. When was the last time Disney made even a decent sequel? Toy Story 2?
Mary Poppins 2 looks like it might be a great moneymaker, but Disney giveth and Disney taketh away, they ****ed me by moving Avengers 2 up a week which will absolutely crush Rampage.

Rampage got moved up a week too, so it doesn't really change anything.
