Thingy - I can't read WN at all, ever, but that may be because he's been a villager in like 30 straight games we played together so I don't even remember what his wolf game looks like. Knowing Fank is not from this site makes me think his MIA IDGAF attitude is wolfy, but it's low confidence.

I'll try to get back and address the other person you asked me to read before EOD
Hmm, no nvm that

Focus on iversonian/Donkx4 first and gtpitch/kokiri second when you get back, as those are the alternate options to well named/fank

Re: Battle of Hyrdas Werewolf Game

quick thoughts
-Timi, you were at work, effectively telling us its a null read, but you dont really come back? you've made 2-5 (I wasnt counting specifically) posts (outside of work?) after the whole work saga, and that isnt really telling, so does me having a look at it really wolfy? or are you just really personal in your reads???
-Iver, Felix said it best, but I'll paraphrase (I think I said it before) "somethings iffy about you" definetly worth a read sometime (when I get the chance)
-leo, looking villa at the moment, comparing last game as a wolf and you went to have a go at me, not doing it when there is equally wolfing things, (meta leans for the win.)
-thingy, I'll be honest, I dont like your "these are perfect wagons", but you seem to want to listen to me at least, (regardless of what the heads doing xD) so Im giving you a bit of a pass for now.
-Reddboilier, In that list of voting fank cause he's wolfy. (i.e. the trap list, Im sure there's more in there as well...)

-two things wolfy is an easy vote? As stated (somewhat in english) earlier, I have this fantastic ability to attract votes from wolves over innocent "wolfy" statements (now isnt that a contradiction). And seeing my track record at 2p2, a part of me was thinking 4/4.

Thingyman, why are you staying clear of the fank meister, afraid I'll catch you as a wolf???
Say "yes, of course, silly" and I will feel much better keeping my vote on those guys.

Re: Battle of Hyrdas Werewolf Game

In all honesty, I don't think fank has been super villagery either (sorry buddy!) but he is in fact a villager. I was hoping he was going to be the villagery one today too. There's nothing we can do about that though. I think he's just a little overwhelmed by our play style. He's also mulitabling as it turns out. I thought it was just me

All I've got to rest my head on in this game for today is my wolf read of kokiri/pitch. Read it, think about it. If you think we're wolfier than they are. Lynch us. Otherwise, lynch them. That's my deal for the day. I'm leaving fairly soon, and nothing is going on right now, the thread is basically dead.

Re: Battle of Hyrdas Werewolf Game

nah but in all seriousness i'm going to make you choose

i'm still pretty behind, just have dwetz as a villa and thingy as pretty damn likely (further encouragement provided when like 4 ppl in a row said he was 100% clear ... I see this as wolves cottoning onto villas and making an easy read. Or, a bunch of villas in agreement with one another - also a good sign)

if I had to vote right now I'd say felix but that's meh
my d1 wolf reads are generally pretty bad, plus I got him mislynched the last small vanilla game we played together, I believe

Re: Battle of Hyrdas Werewolf Game

wolves like to push guise in a way where, after they flip villager, they can plausibly blame him for posting in a way they didn't approve of. they avoid situations where there will be blowback after the reveal, which villagers do all the time.

there are times when i think i'm being pushed by villagers, but this is not one of them.

Okay, screw it, I would prefer either gtpitch/kokiri or Felix as the second wagon rather than iversonian/Donkx4

Re: Battle of Hyrdas Werewolf Game

k so gtpitch's posting is bad and I was pretty sure i was going to vote for him after reading it

but honestly if kokiri is a wolf here he is rocking it, he reads as quite villagery imo

That's way more reads than i normally have, wtf

Re: Battle of Hyrdas Werewolf Game

I'm also a sucker for people discussing their wolf metagame and pointing out how it doesn't fit with their current performance. It's possible to lie about it, or manipulate the facts, but it's not that difficult to get called out for doing it in a situation like that, and I think the majority of the time the person is telling the truth.

Re: Battle of Hyrdas Werewolf Game

I think the "that's way more reads than I normally have, wtf" is wolfy for kokiri.

For one thing, he doesn't "normally" play werewolf. it's not a comment that flows from a likely thought process for him. It's fake. That's the problem I have with it, and I quoted several other posts that have similarly fake-sounding little asides

Alright, see, I felt the same way about this initially

well named, that sucker, made me second think it...

Just gonna defer to your read on this

Forsy, can you make sure that Felix is second wagon instead of ivers/Donk and gtpitch/kokiri?

thingy your posting about me right now is very goofy

"that sucker"

It feels like you know you should re-evaluate me but it's inconvenient for you to actually do it. Maybe you are a villager and are just paranoid and it's making you stubborn, I can believe that, but you sound odd

Here's my problem with Fank - since I've never played against him before it's tempting to think of him the way you think of a noob, but that's wrong. Given that he's in the champions game I'm willing to put him at least in the above average class, and an above average wolf can absolutely make that post to a villager.

Plus I think the way he's been reacting to you over the past couple pages is ridiculously wolfy

I am a villager, and I am actually trying to be open-minded about this. I am trying to get my mason to re-read the wagons, I am trying to get Forsy to start another wagon, I am trying to talk to you and fank and to get you to be villagery if you're actually villagers

I am actually surprised that nobody else is really trying to do anything itt other than Forsy now for which I <3 him

Forsy, if you're a wolf, I hate you, I hate hate hate hate you :P

It just feels so good to trust you though :P
