So incredibly happy to make it to Crete! I've always wanted to go here, there's a little bit of everything -- beaches, mountains, picturesque countryside, big cities, tiny villages, history, food, culture. Everything I could ask for.

eyebooger, i'm happy to switch sides on that vote if needed; i feel like the pro-rerand side cares more about it than the anti-rerand side, and i'm all about whatever increases net happiness

on a different topic, of the few places i've been in India, I would say that Jaipur and Delhi are VERY different but about equally enjoyable (I was at both for two different halves of a wedding), but by far my favorite city in Rajasthan was [UNDRAFTED] where this happened:



Also, I was only in Agra for a daytrip but surprisingly found that I enjoyed the Red Fort more than the Taj Mahal. It was late afternoon when we got to the Red Fort and there weren't that many people there, and it was really cool and labyrinthine.
