dense urban area, British inspired Asian city, waterfront properties, English acceptable, Cantonese food is very solid, ridiculous skyline
I do think we need a rules clarification
Singapore
supposedly has the #1 highest quality of life city in Asia, nice people, low crime, English widely spoken, literally the same temperature year round (80 degrees F)
