Gaddamit multi-quote fail.

Be back in a bit with a sampling of villager Gatito from the 6/6 slow game. Tone is decidedly different.

I want to hear from Zomg

Sun needs to be policy lynched if he doesn't post anything of substance today

I hope everything worked out with MilkReggae's cat situation, but I'd like to hear from him as well

So my guess at the wolf team is

Gatito
Sun Tzu
One of XXS/Dean
One of Zomg/MilkReggae

Here's Gatito's first however many posts in the 6/6 slow game as a villager. The first post is the actual first post of the whole game - he's ready to do some villaging. He also starts making reads and is figuring out the game as villagers do - right off the bat.

This is one of my favorite tells, especially for a new wolf. It is really, really, really hard to sound like you are trying to figure out the game when you are a wolf - especially a new one.

In our current game, his reads are wolfy-washy (another new Nutjob TM term - replaces wishy-washy) and he doesn't really offer them until pressed. Once he does give them, it just sounds forced.

Also, in the 6/6 game, he is interacting quite a bit, is throwing opinions about left and right and is decisive - like the villager he was.

In this game, not so much.

If you search his posts, you see more villagery goodness from the American Revolution game as well.

Don't have much history with most ppl on here so I'll probably won't be claiming to have a lot of reads early D1.

At this point he hasnít posted enough to compare between the two games but I may have found some stuff to look for.

Also, since everyone is too lazy to find a Dnky peek: I remembered that Dnky peeked Mets D1 of that same slow game so as I was looking through it I think I found what was Dnkyís D1 peek & it is a lot more hidden & believable than what he just posted. Dnky was a villa in this game.

This led me to look at the Wizard of Oz game where he was a wolf to see what his peeks looked liked. He was afk & didn't seem to leave one D1 of this game. This is what appears to be his D2 peek:

This peek looks fine to me so I don't know that this peek he left here says anything about his role. Rather, I'm trying to figure out if the fact that he lied about this means anything. I think he might just be angry & stubborn.

Either way I wouldn't consider anything that Dnky's done to be pro-village this game. In the last slow game he was making reads, asking ppl questions, analyzing, etc & it was quite clear after a day or 2 that he was a villa. I'm not sure if I even think Dnky is a wolf this game, I just think he's allowing his anger to interfere with his gameplay. I wish that the Dnky from the last slow game would show up & play instead of the one that bitches about Mets & his ranking.

Also, I don't support a UAW wagon at this time. With UAW, I think that after a few days its pretty easy to tell whether or not he is a villa.

Lastly, I only brought up this analysis of Dnky's peeks because it has been widely discussed. I believe further discussion of peeks is probably detrimental to the village.

This post is weird but idk. Why would a wolf enter the thread like this in such an attention grabbing way? I played with Filthy when he was a wolf. I remember him being inconsistent but I don't remember him making odd posts that stand out like this one.

Dnky came in apologizing for last night but unless I missed something I still don't remember him actually posting anything useful/villagery.

JD has posted too little for me to have any read or desire to vote him.

Bojtun villa lean.
Iíll give Silman a villa lean. I like the way heís explaining his thought process & pretty much agreed with everything he was saying.
TheDean is a villager.
I think it might be somewhat villagery of Herbie to come after me early. Based on previous comment, I think Herbie thinks I may be able to skate by as a wolf. So him pressuring me for not posting anything sort of makes sense.

Villa lean on XXS.
Sun is often afk on day 1 so my read on him is exactly rand & I donít want to lynch him.
I canít read Duck so wouldnít feel great about lynching him.
Perd posting pics/non-content is what Iíve seen him do as a villager but Iíve never seen him as a wolf.

Nobody has really stood out to me as being overtly wolfy or anything
.
He's like the leaning tower of Pisa.

Now, his first multi-read post as a villager in 6/6 slow game:

Nary a lean.

The word lean isn't in the program. He was even researching past games like a diligent villager.

That is what we call a case.

I am rarely surprised by anything in ww, but if Mr Gatito is a villager, I would be pretty shocked.

-UAW slight villa

I also thought he made a good point about how TheDean seemed a little too persistent on Never.

I'm guessing by noncommittal you don't like the fact that I agree with the usage of the word 'slight.' I think the use of the word slight is very appropriate given this is day 1. If you want I will pull up my the reads list I gave in that game you are talking about and you can see how noncommittal I was with my reads in that game based on me placing ppl under titles with the word 'slight'.

Silman asked me for reads so I more or less copied over what I had in written down in the microsoft word document I had opened at the time. They were wishy-washy because they were mainly based off what I had skimmed at the time so I wasnít really confident in them.

As for the 6/6 game, if you recall I played absolutely horrible in that game you are quoting from. I either soft or hard defended 3 of the 5 wolves & I made case after case against villagers. I pretty much realized I had know I idea what I was talking about and so Iíve completely changed the way I approach the game. Unless I really think Iím on to something, I donít see the need to go do long multi quote analyses of why I think someone might be a wolf like I did in that game. I now try to poe wolves by finding villagers and then look for the wolfiest player amongst my uncleared player list.

This is a pretty good response tbh, and I am never locked into a read if someone seems wolfy or villagery and then starts acting differently.

But I would be less interested in you defending yourself than going about your business trying to solve the game if you really are a villager.

As for your 6/6 game, it's not the results that I'm getting at, it's the tone. Your reason for playing differently is noted, but your style of posting - and making decisive reads - is the way to go, no matter how wrong you might have been in the past. You should never discard that even if your confidence is shaken.

Unless you are just making stuff up right now.

Bojtun's posts sound villagery, very minor village points

I recently got raped my mets' wolf game iirc and this doesn't seem to be it. Minor village points.

Silman has not only demonstrated a big scoop of effort but all of his posts make sense and I agree with them. Village points.
