Telcontar was He-Man, a VILLAGER. So Prince Adam is shifting into He-Man to slay the evil Skeletor when Battle Cat notices She-Ra sauntering up to them. She convinces He-Man to come on over to The Cartoon Network with her. She tells him that ever since they rescued Glimmers parents she's done nothing but compliment his strong arms and big sword. She-Ra was bribed by the last crappy cartoon, and He-Man takes with him the advertising from Toys'R'Us.

Eric, cocky as ever, thought they were too good for just network television, so when the offer came in from SciFi network, he convinced the others to jump at it. The networks were running out of options and would have offered double... Micromachines went to SciFi with them, probably a better fit anyway...
