Each power up has an equal (20%) chance of being randed to you.
However, you must have a mushroom in order to receive a different power up.
You will receive two power ups on D1, one at SOD and one at noon. For the sake of saving time, everyone receives a mushroom at SOD. OMG MOD SPEW.
You may choose to holster a power up as long as you like. Once you use a power up, it is gone and you revert to a mushroom status. If you have a mushroom and it protects you from death, you lose the mushroom and must now receive a new mushroom before you can receive any other power up.
The seer is the only role that may utilize two NAs, ie their peek and a potential NA from a power up.
