If you hadn't called him a wolf when he was looking like the near lock lynch, I'd buy this 95%. As it is, I buy it about 80%, and most of that is because I read his replies to you as more likely w/v than w/w.

Do we know for sure remedys is a new player and not someone with an old gimmick?

Ha. If he's a gimmick, it's a well planned one. Posts in several different forums going back to at least 2010. He just seemed pretty certain for a noob about gtp being the wolf and me being the villa, so would make a clever endgame wolf if he had experience. But his posts read new villagery.

I called him a wolf all d1, he was my top wolf read. I didn't vote him at eod because I have irrational love for voting off wagon and up until the final minute it was a runaway. When I noticed Hoya/Sun both go mets it was :01 on my clock.

Mets: you just asked me a couple of questions. How come you didn't respond to my question yesterday about what your reads were?

Legend: I'm not a gimmick. Many of my early posts are trying to learn to play microstakes poker. etc

As you noted, "gtp, Hoya, vix, remedys, Sun, and bhuber" were the only ones around at eod. None of them were high on my villa list at all, so I wasn't very inclined to change my vote to meet their suggestions.

I'd like to see some pressure on Hoya/Sun. A number of you have mentioned that you think Sun looks wolfier than Hoya, which is an idea that I'm open to. However, in the meantime I'll vote Hoya

That sounds reasonable, vix. Then I'm back to Sun. If he's a wolf, I don't think they would kill me last night. It would cripple them whether I flipped seer or not, so better off hoping it was a fake peek/joke.

Hmmm. If only I didn't peek J.D. last night, we'd be in better shape.

remedys, that's fine. I can't lock you in as a villager yet, but you're probably highest on my list.

I gave my reads all day long in fact Boober is complaining that I called him wolf all dayvix put me on ignore for it and Jd was pissed at me too

I called about 6 out of 12 people villagers. What did you want from me

in other news mets I still think you're a possible wolf - see my brackets post - and your posts today aren't helping, in particular when you say you doubt I do that as a wolf, then remedys posts his n00b essay saying my flip flop was weird, and then you post that "it was weird"
I seem to recall you aidsing up an EOD like thsth as a wolf recently.

Here is the post I was referring too of mine:
"I've been thinking a bit about where everyone stands in relationship to each other... Mets, what is your reads list? I'm guessing it would look something like this?

mets
remedys
wn?
sun?
vr
legend
cphoya
uaw?
bhuber
gtpitch
charry
jd
vix"

You never directly responded to this post. And I'm not asking you to respond now, although you can if you want. I was curious why you didn't respond to it yesterday (or are you saying that you didn't respond to it because you provided so many reads before and after that that was response enough?).

Another good look for wn=SHC. A villager assuming another player is a villager, could ring as peek-ish to someone.

Okay, assuming there was no heavy bussing of gtp, let's look at where people were on him:

The heroes:

legend - YA BOY! I know it wasn't super aggro, but telling people to vote for someone is about the ceiling for my d1 wagon rallying

remedys - on him early with solid reasons, never wavered

wn - also early with some force and certainty, and stayed the course too

Just outside the podium:

UAW - Semi-important late vote given Hoya's reversal, but his reasoning was a little bit sponge-y

Tweeners:

Hoya - on him early and eloquently (like actually quoting posts and stuff), then again on him when it counted, then on him really hard, and then suddenly he lost interest

vix - called him wolfy, said he wanted him lynched after mets, didn't vote him because it looked like a runaway before the mets rush. Am I dumb for believing him?

bhuber - never gave a read on him? They had some eod interaction where gtp told him to get his vote of VR and huber didn't know eod was imminent (could be clever w/w or w/w folly with no chat, I guess)

The sketchies:

mets - didn't like the wagon formation, something about how he would have been bussed even though he's not a god d1 bus candidate, and a bunch of other gobbledygook

Charry - claimed he doesn't know gtp's game, so never read him

VR - no read other than the “gtpeachy” thing afaict

Sun - voted him twice early but had five other players as wolfier (because they were doing more), then sniped mets (who wasn't in the five, either) after Hoya- who Sun had been voting right before that. WTF?

I don't think charry's reasoning for not reading makes any sense. He's pretty new and it can't be the case that he's played more than one or two games with anyone in this lineup, so if that precludes him from reading anyone than how is he going to play? and charry doesn't seem like the type who as a villager is going to demure from having reads just because he doesn't know someone. I thought in the last game I was in with him people were talking about him being really spazzy in general
4/30 Criminal Minds Vanilla WW Slow Game Thread Quote

charry can be somewhat spazzy as a villager, but mutitabling might explain it

He did have a couple sorta villagery posts on n2 of d1

We'll see if he can rev up any WIM, something I haven't seen him do as a wolf yet (though it was only one game iirc)
