Those two are obvious. The third is more difficult, and I feel like we probably need to get it with this clue to win.

Looking at the Plumbing clue, I'm still unsure what the fifth word would be. It could be London, and that means the third sparkly word has nothing to do with plumbing. If it's not London, then I think we could consider wind - when they draw wind in cartoons, it often has little sparkles or stars around it.

Buttons is also a contender, they can be sparkly, but I'm not sure I'd have pulled it out of the list if you hadn't said it first.

What about horns? Unicorns have them, and brass horns in a band are often shined up

If the 3rd word had nothing to do with sparkly, then filthy wouldn't have made it a 3 clue. It would be been unlimited.

I kinda like the horn idea. I don't think it's robin because the clue wasn't capitalized and Sparkles - 3 would've still gotten diamond and unicorn without question.
