3/6 ONCE UPON A DARK KNIGHT V+ Game Thread - Page 9

To elaborate:
He's never actually randed wolf when I've played with him
And he's been wolfy as hell every time, and I led a mislynch against him the first game when he was the seer.

In subsequent games I've come to realize that he's just so meh at posting that he seems super wolfy.

But I don't have any actual wolf data on him, so I only know what his villa games look like.

why am I meh at posting? (Not trying to be defensive, I'm always looking to improve)

I always try to be a good villa, leave lists and reads and all that. Granted I used to have too much FPS and hardcore confirmation bias, but I'm working on it and following KISS more. I feel like I was ok last game, but maybe not.

You seem to be coming off less wolfy than usual.

I'm in Adelaide. It's a sister city to Austin and I've often seen the two compared. In terms of relationship to Melbourne, we are like the Boston to their New York.

I was in Melbourne on Friday. It's always been my favourite Australian city, despite the very old rivalry with Adelaide, but it's starting to get too big for its own good and is losing its identity. Sad!

Yeah, that's exactly what makes the analogy work.

Adelaide is a great place to raise a family, very liveable, but often the butt of jokes. I remember once I had a French backpacker stay with me for a night, we went out to a hostel so he could find people driving to Perth. As he was talking to a couple French guys, I was speaking to an Italian girl who spoke English. She said "So you live in Adelaide?" Me: "Yep" Her: "........ Is it boring for you?".

I think being a foreigner influences how friendly you find places. I found the US very friendly. The one thing I would say for Australia is that friendliness is always genuine, there's not the fakeness you get in places like California. Australians are culturally similar to New Yorkers, blunt but will reciprocate a friendly attitude if they get it.
