My thoughts on roads are two fold and depend on his confidence level in his scum and town games.

I find it hard to believe after last game where I made it to final 3 and was never even remotely considered for lynch until final 3 where I made 100 post and reread the thread 3 times as well as games from both of the people in the game. I don't think that road would qualify me as an "easy misslynch" I don't go down easy which anyone who has played with me will attest to. I know he has one game with me and I think I gave off that vibe but maybe thats because the people who railed and told me that thought it was true and know me from other games. You guys might have better insight to that than me.

So That in mind road brings up a huge case on me (clearly he was working on it for awhile) being scum. Does scum!Road really push that hard against someone who is very difficult to lynch? He MIGHT if he thinks he would just be the crazy guy in the corner yelling that paranoia world. OR Is road a townie who legitimately had this thought? Who thought he might have found me as scum and wanted the world to know? Does he keep bringing it up after the check as scum?

In the time I was thinking about this in the shower. (I know I was thinking about road in the shower don't get jealous pizzaguy) I came to the conclusion that road is PROBABLY town.

These justifications come with the caveat that you know I'm town.

I think dorian bhuber are my main courses with riki as my backup. (I think I might have found something that makes riki a bit more likely but I want to read fully before going there my pride would be hurt if I fake peeked mafia day 1)

good point scum team could have been feeling desperate. Idk. The mentality of the team will be probably much more noted once we find the 2nd scummer.

Re: The 2015 Mafia Championship: Game 6

Both Ratchet's attack on Achro and Road's attack on Banks came after I got townread for trying to lynch Cue. They could have been attempting to imitate that for towncred.

like when i read his case most of it was kind of generic reasons and i didn't really like it

could probably get a better idea if he elaborated or gave examples for most of his points i guess

there was also one thing he said that was "-- Him not really keeping up his cop-cover (at least in the way i would assume he would do)"

which seems like a weird thing to pay attention to or call out

Banks, back when you said you Townread Ratchet for the consecutive solo-posts. Why did you ignore my counterpoint EoD1, and then only notify it D2?

Riki - you're in the hotseat with me today. Do you think lynching me before road and/or bhuber is the right move for today?

You've also said for most of the game that you think I'm town. Does that mean you agree with me that road/bhuber is the most likely last pair? If not, who else?

In fact, a top 3 list of possibilities for his buddy would be even better.

Re: The 2015 Mafia Championship: Game 6

I suppose it's a point against Road that the claim somehow interrupted his hugeass case against Banks -- why not get the material out there, if he was in the middle of compiling it? Regardless of whether that day's Lynch was almost set in stone or not -- plus the Lynch wasn't set in stone, as a Townie might still realize but a Mafioso might not.

Re: The 2015 Mafia Championship: Game 6

Not gonna lie, I actually get a Town-read on Road based on his D1. The below is based on something like 5/8ths of his current filter (which leaves us still in D1, interestingly enough).

The only thing I SERIOUSLY disliked were the very first few posts, the OP in particular:

I'm going to look through the first posts now and comment on whatever I think is worth commenting on.
The underlined's the kind of stuff that really pings me, plus it seemed like road was buddying up to Banks and Doc.

Overall, the word to describe road as a player is clearly 'nice'. Another attribute that sticks out to me is 'wearing one's heart on their sleeve'. Seems like road is legitimately writing up everything he observes of the Thread as he's catching up, and he doesn't try to 'polish' what he's got to say. Like the underlined parts in the post below:

Dont you agree with me?

If I had spent effort in reading up a game on beforehand and taking some kind of (maybe mental) notes, and i turned scum, then I would not use my notes that early to try and villaread one of the guys, that at least some people expect to be one of the best, when he was already under suspicion.

I dont know if im elaborating my thoughts correctly I just found that very villagery..
Another "villapoint" in my eyes is being self-aware that his playing style is different, and not shunning away from that. Like, if road decided at the start of the Round that he's gonna be ballsy enough to draw attention to the fact that he's playing differently as Mafia, that's... pretty brave I'd say?

But, my read on you: I started out reading you villagery, even though i think your game differ quite a bit from game 3. At least your d1-game. I believe I stated why, but I find your tone, your activity (even though im not weighting this that much), your questioning others, your reads to be villagery. If you want me to be specific I will (but maybe not today lol)
Also I think that exactly putting me on scumlist is villagery of you. Ofc you are suspicious and the uncertainty regarding how you read me, taking game 3 in to consideration is the way i expect villa-Banks to think.
So overall i'm quite confident - for now - that you are villager. And my read really didnt progress that much lol
Next road's first mention of Ratchet:

I'm a bit annoyed of not having any lean on fonti, ratchet and Riki as they have all been posting quite a lot. Actually I have had some kind of thought that ratchet are doing the same as coolkid (mafia) in our game 3, but it is not enough to be something I will put as wolfy atm.

I believe I have argued for all of those reads earlier on.
Is this the way road describes his Scumbuddy? My first impression is 'no', but if road seriously elected to draw a lot of attention to himself as Mafia (by being VERY transparent and even apologetic) I suppose it can't be ruled out, either.

I think the very aggressive and constant push on these two - and not really considering others as being scum is villagery.

I mean, wolfs would probably open up for other votes, also in my experience wolves are rarely leading the lynch this early on d1, and finally I believe that it is typical villager to not consider their scumreads as maybe being town (and the opposite of their townreads)

fonti is now on my villagerlist
Underlined, once again, showing more of that 'heart-on-a-sleeve' -attitude. While I find the logic used by road flawed here I don't find it flawed in a Scummy way -- unless Mafia!road starts the game by actively trying to paint himself in a corner with too many Town-reads? My impression of road's playertype is that he'd like to leave more options open for himself as Mafia, but I'm not certain.
