i cant really think of many other buildings like casinos that use specialised equipment you dont normally find in the home

Well, I think there's only 3 categories that would fit the object on that page, and if the answer is no, we at least know you have to get it from a specialist shop.

I think Home, Furniture/Pharmacy/Auto and Home Improvement are the 3 most likely at this point.
